I had a great time shooting in one of my favorite Los Angeles spots for some fitness images of Cynthia D. She is one of my wedding clients from a few years back and is such a sweetheart!! We spent the afternoon doing some headshots and fitness pictures.

If you’re anything like me and have struggled with weight and fitness, it’s hard not to be a bit envious of this beauty. But I have to say with all sincerity that this girl is beautiful on the inside and out. She is amazing!! Seeing her rockin’ those abs and downing some rice cakes with peanut butter made me want to pump some iron and go for a run after our shoot!!
