Here are a few pictures of the Tanna Family session at the gorgeous Huntington Library and Gardens in Pasadena. This was my first time shooting at this location and I was so happy the family recommended it. (I’d been there one other time but it was for a commercial shoe ad many many years ago). The gardens is such a beautiful place! The Japanese Gardens was probably one of my favorite areas. It felt like I was in a different country altogether. There are so many different gardens and museums all in one place. Super cool!

This adorable family was so much fun to work with and their little man was such a sweetie! He was a trooper in letting me take a bunch of pictures as we roamed around the gardens. He was a busy little bee observing all the pretty flowers and trees around him. If you know my photography, you’d know that I love to shoot my pictures in more of an urban style setting (like the one here) but I think I need to change it up a bit more and do some more sessions in some gardens, fields, and something a little less grunge. The library setting made for a lot of great pictures for sure!!
