On today’s blog post I’m featuring the California senior pictures of Miss Ashley from Canyon High School in Santa Clarita! Ashley is one of my class of 2016 TR Senior Models and is a such a sweet girl! We did her California senior pictures near Ventura so we could  utilize both urban and natural areas for her session. I need to give a little congrats shout out to Miss Ashley for winning Homecoming Queen this year!! It’s really no surprise since she is not only beautiful on the outside but has an amazing heart as well. I had an amazing time hanging out with Ashley and her mom during their session and I seriously loved photographing her. This girl does not take a bad picture!! I loved photographing her so much that I asked her to be one of the models for a Back to School feature for our local Santa Clarita magazine, Inside SCV. Once again, she did not disappoint!

Ashley brought a great little mix of outfits for her shoot and I think my favorite is the cute little dress paired with her hat in the nature setting. Haylie, my incredibly amazing makeup artist and hair stylist, did a few different styles on Ashley to mix things up! How amazing is that braid!!! We have now named it “The Ashley”! haha! As you can tell, I love to do shoots in locations that I can take advantage of lots of different backgrounds within a short area. This makes for more interesting and unique images plus, since we don’t have to travel a ton in between clothing changes, it gives you more time to spend in front of the camera!! It was so hard to choose which image to feature since there is a gajillion (yes that’s a word) that I am obsessed with!! Here’s just a few of my absolute favorites…. Enjoy!!
