Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
It varies. Many teams include it in their spirit pack, some have each athlete pay, some teams the district pays, and some split it (for example, boosters cover seniors and anyone else can join). Either way, one team parent or coach collects and submits a single payment. Need something different? Let me know.
Q. Who pays for media day?
Yes! White and dark grey are the most popular, and other colors are available on request.
Q. Can we choose the background?
Typically 2–3 weeks. Every image is fully edited for color, exposure, and contrast.
Q. How long until we get our images?
As early as possible. Dates fill each season, and booking early secures your ideal time frame
Q. How far in advance should we book?
Yes. Additional looks are $25 per athlete and apply to the whole team, with 2 extra downloads per look
Q. Can athletes do more than one look?
A roster with each athlete's name, grade, jersey number (if applicable), athlete email, and parent names and emails.
