I have been quite proud of myself for my daily blog posts. But…I have been at home sick with the ladies for the past few days and doubt I would be quite so devoted if I was up and about in full swing. So there you have it. I’ve been good but maybe it’s just because I’m stuck at home… time will tell if I can keep it up…

Here are a few shots from a fun little shin dig. I was hired as a “surprise” for Laura’s boyfriend ( you may recognize him from the local news here in L.A.). They just wanted some fun pics of them with their friends hanging out, enjoying dinner, and playing games. They played a hysterical slideshow of one of the friends that had everyone cracking up. And next time they play Cranium I definitely want to be invited!! Game on!!

Since having my two little girls, I haven’t traveled as much for weddings. So when Drew called me and asked if I’d be interested in shooting in Colorado, I was a little more than excited!! We had been on vacation to Vail the year prior and fell in love with the snow. (I actually still don’t know why I live in So Cal considering that I pretty much hate the heat and my fair Washington skin sizzles the instant I step outside.) Anyway, I loved this couple the minute I met them and their wedding was just spectacular! Surrounded by a fun group of friends and family from both coasts made the celebration even better. The wedding was in a super awesome little town called Beaver Creek and Ryan and I are already talking about going back. Such an cool place (the Coyote Cafe is fabulous)!! Thanks for an incredible weekend guys and I wish you both all the best!!

Since their wedding was last week, I figured I’d better hurry up and post the images from their engagement session. Meghan found me from the sweetest coordinator (Kelly Michelle) and I’m so happy I had the chance to work with this awesome couple. We had a great time shooting down at the beach (even if I was pulling sand  out of my pants & shoes for the next two weeks!!) Stay tuned for their incredible wedding pics coming soon!!

Oh my gosh!! What an incredibly awesome family!! I had an absolute blast shooting them and I hope it shows in the photos just how much fun we had. They constantly had me laughing and the kids were so great! I must admit I was a little obsessed with Miss T! I thought she was stunning. Love that pale skin, stunning eyes, and model figure! Thanks for the laughs guys!
