Baby #6 of my good friend, Amber. They came over for a bit and I quickly snatched this little lady for a few pics in my new (almost finished) studio. With those gorgeous blue eyes, creamy skin, and beautiful little rosy lips, how could I resist?

I have known T for almost 5 years now from my local Moms Club here in Santa Clarita. I am so lucky to know such a wonderful group of ladies!! T and her mom came over for a playdate and I wanted to show them my new studio setup!! I seem to have gathered a little collection of clothing (mostly girl stuff thanks to my little ladies), backgrounds, and lighting gear. Here are a few of my favs from our impromptu photo session!

After a VERY long time trying to get the area ready, I have officially now begun doing studio sessions. They are a little less than the urban sessions that I do and they are on a smaller scale. So, the sessions are for up to 2 subjects only and last about 30-45 minutes. They’re great for those of you that want to do a shoot but aren’t quite ready to do the urban one yet. Perfect for in-between shoots when those little ones grow so fast. Check out my website for even more examples (in the portrait gallery section under “studio”).

Here is little Miss Ava striking a pose. She was so not happy to be getting her photo taken but I love this photo anyway!! I had this idea planned for months and based it all around this wicked hat that I found on ebay. Gotta love ebay!!
